And now for something slightly different! I’ve told you quite a lot about my family this year, so today I thought I’d show you my part of my colour family!
But if you want a little more of the real family take a look at this……
Your colours are absolutely beautiful! What a rainbow family! And the real ones- well, they’re priceless 🙂 What it must be to look up and see Grandma on the television!
Beautiful shades of colors. Well balance and merging together in the most wonderful way. You have an adorable granddaughter. Lovely video. Thank you. Best wishes to you and your family.
Oh, my heart just melted into a puddle! Here’s what I love about this video: First off, props to your son for doing this video capturing a rare moment of normal, everyday (if televised) action!
Secondly, could your grandchildren be any cuter? I mean, really? Your grandson’s ducking out of sight was as precious as your granddaughter’s pointing directly at the telly and shouting your name!
And finally, you were giving a demonstration for Pfaff? I am SO impressed.
Wait one more– have I not mentioned how much I love your dye hues? Those true, strong tones are lovely!

I like the different take on the theme, are they dyed fabric folded together? Very cool effect.

Yes, it’s a complete dyeing sequence, folded to take up less space. Thanks for visiting.

Oh, thank you, LOL. Yes, they are cute. She’ll be 2 next month. It was actually Janome, not Pfaff, the Embellisher. I’m glad you like the colours too.

Whoops on the Pfaff/Janome mistake! (Those are two very different companies!)
In college, I did one semester of textile design, and later, did a lot of newspaper coverage of local textile artists.
(I really, really love textile art in all forms. There’s a huge group of accomplished textile artists in S. Texas!)
She’s so verbal for such a little thing! Love that!
